The Studio Intercom lets you communicate with your team in real time during a live production.

1. Open & Join the Intercom

• Click the Intercom button (vertical bar at the right of the Studio).
• The Intercom drawer opens (can also be popped out).
• Click Join Intercom.

• Select your microphone & join.

• You are automatically added to the main room.

2. Understand Rooms

• Production Room → internal crew communication
• Guest Room → communication with guests

By default, you:

• Hear the room you are in
• Can switch listening on/off per room

3. Talk to Others

Talk to a room (group)

• Hold mic button → push-to-talk
• Enable Latch → keep mic open

Talk to a single user (1:1)

• Click the mic icon next to a user

4. Listen / Mute Rooms

• Listening ON (default) → hear all users in the room
• Listening OFF → room is muted

5. User & Audio Status Indicators

• Blue border → someone is speaking

6. Best Practice (Production)

• Use Operator Room for crew coordination
• Use separate rooms for sub-teams (e.g. production, talent)
• Use 1:1 for discreet communication during live moments
